Bubbling Belly Before Period
the world is changing in a dizzying. The usual and economic crisis which sharpen the wits to see the future when you join the new technologies is not exactly the email application that is already more than a decade between us and therefore believe that it belongs to new technologies is becoming outdated thinking. Now begin to birth new options that go beyond simply writing a resume or more recently a letter of introduction, I speak, of course social networking.
Although I am still with Twitter , the fact is that both this, and Xing LinkedIn or start gaining strength especially for the jobs of middle and senior management, which leads me to believe that in a few months there will be a generational change and the curriculum almost inevitably die, leaving the system with cardboard snuff box for selling accounts in the neighborhood.
I am currently undergoing a process of selection in one of the companies that are committed to this change and consider it ahead of your competition by seeking an alternative to the English restrictions of the Data Protection Act in an ethical, serious and sensible. This company claims to point to the future and I believe his leadership in the HR sector will soar when his competitors realize they must change their antiquated system by the new options. They have arrived late and there will be one that will lead even further the sector. The great thing is that these new tools multiply the reach and become a local company into a multinational non-investment, hence I am surprised that only one company is betting everything on a winning horse, while others are dying, I guess it appeals to the crisis without remedy or reliable alternatives.
Certainly this company currently has a handicap is that not everyone has a profile on one of the professional social networks, but what seems a priori disadvantage becomes an advantage incredible at a time when the inbox of emails from many companies in the world are filled with resumes that preclude making a logical screen. I do that in the electronic job search, by a twist of fate I am making me an expert, I believe that recruiters should find a problem when a job posting in any of the search webs, because to cover a place more than 300 nominations coming and that in a small island like Tenerife, I can not imagine what should be in a large city. Therefore, sending a profile is an advantage for the candidate, not to fill thousands of forms with the same content, but offers profile for the company, through a sieve concise concepts with a group of qualified applicants for the vacancy offered.
The offer that I'm running perfectly fulfills my dream job and I hope also be the candidate they want, now, anyway, what is clear is that the system imposed by Cuni & Associates has made both the client company and the candidate we meet half way and not in the vastness of an ocean of roles, processes and mass endless applications.
